As the name implies, this is the category for objects that sit on the floor. Although some items are purely decorative, most have some function but are less utilitarian than items in the Furniture category. This may seem a specious distinction, but ergonomics is considerably less important for objects that no one will sit on, eat at, etc. When designing pieces in this category, I can focus on form without regard to seat height, arm length, or other such niceties.
